Job Summary
Coordinate vehicles for sale at AutoNation Houston Auction: check-in and stock-in vehicles, manually enter or scan VIN and add identifiers (color, mileage), print windshield stickers, provide daily sale-day forms to registration, walk the lot to ensure correct stickers and lane/lot placement, move vehicles to appropriate locations, and communicate with Operations and Reconditioning teams to ensure logistics. Assist with sale-day needs including lane coordination, locating/moving vehicles, and starting or jumping vehicles. Follow predetermined safety procedures and perform other duties as directed by management. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to multitask, ability to stand/walk/reach/stoop/crouch, organization and follow-up skills, basic computer skills with portable terminal/tablet, and a valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
