Job Summary
Conduct, co-host, and participate in live auctions while managing on-site processes, tracking bids, and completing customer receipts. Maintain event equipment, collect customer data using proprietary software, and facilitate training for event day roles. Interact professionally with bidders, deputies, attorneys, and other staff to educate customers and ensure all required processes are met. Drive up to two hours to surrounding auction locations, completing 2–4 hours of work per day with an average of 8–12 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum level of education
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Ability to stand for long hours and outside in all weather conditions
- Can regularly travel up to 2 hours to event locations in their personal vehicle
