Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of automotive shop operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and inventory control. Provide strong leadership to the team, conduct performance evaluations, and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor financial performance, create budgets, and analyze reports to control costs. Develop marketing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry protocols. Schedule is 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes, industry trends, and best practices
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using automotive shop management software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
