Job Summary
AU Program Manager responsible for leading a large-scale enterprise resilience program in a regulated banking environment. Drives strategy-to-execution across multiple workstreams, partners with senior executives, business and technology leaders, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance. Focus areas include governance, risk and compliance, executive reporting to the Board, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, benefits realisation, change readiness, and organizational adoption. Requires leading multi-stream delivery, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and building high-performing teams within a hybrid work model (office and remote). Key competencies include program leadership, financial management, governance, risk management, agile/SAFe delivery, and compelling executive communication.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or project management (required)
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience delivering large-scale programs in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience engaging at Executive and Board level
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance understanding in banking
- Experience managing complex delivery models (Agile, SAFe or hybrid)
- Ability to lead transformation/regulatory uplift or resilience programs
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Excellent executive communication and reporting abilities
- Budget and benefits realisation management
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams
