Job Summary
Prepare and lodge loan applications through ApplyOnline, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance before submission. Run serviceability assessments using Quickli, review lender policies to flag credit issues, and maintain organized, audit-ready client files. Monitor pipeline status, submit pricing requests, order valuations, and resolve outstanding lender conditions to prevent delays. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors throughout the process, manage the Principal Broker's calendar, and execute settlement logistics. This full-time remote role aligns with Australian hours and includes national and state-specific holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of direct experience as an offshore Mortgage Broker Assistant supporting Australian mortgage brokers
- Advanced, hands-on experience using myCRM
- Advanced, hands-on experience using ApplyOnline (AOL)
- Advanced, hands-on experience using Quickli
- Advanced, hands-on experience using lender servicing calculators
- Advanced, hands-on experience using major Australian lender portals
- Strong understanding of Australian mortgage lending criteria
- Strong understanding of standard lender policies
- Strong understanding of compliance guidelines
- Strong understanding of supporting document requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Track record of managing a high-volume pipeline without missing deadlines
