Job Summary
Input plans and specifications into CostX software to complete takeoffs for materials, labor, and costs across all construction phases. Prepare, review, and send tenders and pricing details to clients and contractors. Assist with contract administration by managing documents, tracking timelines and budgets, and handling change orders. Liaise with clients, tradespeople, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution. Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, and reporting. This full-time remote role operates 8am-5pm NSW with a 40-hour week at a VA rate of 10-11 AUD/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating in Australia
- Experience in construction procurement
- Knowledge of contract administration within a construction environment
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and managing project documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- High proficiency with the following software: CostX
- Open to other similar construction estimating software
- STRONG PREFERENCE for Extensive experience and familiarity with CostX software
