Job Summary
Supervise the attractions team on shift, ensuring 70+ hosts deliver a high-class entertainment operation across 21 CUBEs. Rotate staff based on customer flow, escalate issues to superiors, and assume the role of a CUBE host when needed. Maintain a clean service area, assist with venue setup, complete daily duty reports, and organize group bookings. Deputise for Attractions Managers and ensure all training is documented. Contribute to process improvements and assist in onboarding new team members. Requires 5 years of customer service experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and excellent verbal/written English.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in a presenting or performing role
- Experience in a competitive socialising or games venue
- Experience working in high volume venues
- Experience leading large teams as well as working independently
- Confident, enthusiastic and engaging manner
- Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends
- Positive, 'Can do' attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team
- A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and keen to deliver an amazing service
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt
- Excellent verbal and written English
