Job Summary
Provide customer service for various exhibits and shows by assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience and selling tickets or retail merchandise using suggestive selling methods. Operate the cash register and POS system to process sales, manage cash bank deposits following established procedures, and answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically in a prompt, courteous manner. Direct guests to proper locations with clear instructions, maintain displays, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform duties requiring standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
