Job Summary
Attraction & Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for the safe, efficient operation and upkeep of all attractions, arcade equipment, and facility systems. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages, miniature golf, arcade games, and facility systems; diagnose mechanical issues, repair or replace defective components, test equipment, and minimize downtime. Assist with annual inspections and regulatory requirements, maintain documentation and compliance (OSHA), operate and maintain various systems, handle light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upkeep, and operate forklifts or welding equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure accurate work orders, logs, and inspection forms.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical school or associate degree preferred
- minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
- experience with small engines and general mechanical repair required (training provided for additional systems)
- working knowledge of hand and power tools
- light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills preferred
- strong organizational skills and a safety-first mindset
- ability to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications
- must maintain professional appearance standards
- must be authorized to work in the United States
