Attraction Attendant

Greet guests, determine their needs, and ensure they meet attraction guidelines before entry. Operate, open, and close assigned attractions while monitoring safety compliance throughout ride cycles. Complete and document all required safety and operational checklists, securing devices and maintaining cleanliness of ride areas. Address guest issues professionally, enforce rules, assist guests on and off attractions, and report any deficiencies or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Manager on Duty. This entry-level position includes provided training and focuses on delivering an exceptional, safe guest experience across FEG's family entertainment centers.
