Job Summary
Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings while conducting legal research, analyzing complex issues, and drafting legal documents. Attend hearings and depositions and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Manage time effectively and follow Firm procedures, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships. Requires a Juris Doctor degree and active California State Bar membership with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
- Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
