Job Summary
Associate Attorney in California workers’ compensation defense with a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include defending employers and insurance carriers in California WC matters, managing cases from intake through final resolution, taking and defending depositions, developing litigation and settlement strategies, preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, communicating with clients and claims professionals, maintaining billing entries, and collaborating on case strategy; preferred candidates have WC defense experience and may have experience managing a full caseload. Requires Active California Bar membership and strong courtroom experience.
