Job Summary
Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings while conducting legal research, analyzing complex issues, and drafting legal documents. Attend hearings and depositions, negotiate settlements, and manage time efficiently according to firm procedures. Collaborate with internal and external teams, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
