Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- 3–8 years of trust litigation experience strongly preferred
- Commercial, business, or real estate litigators seeking a transition into probate litigation may be considered
