Job Summary
Monitor lawyer time entries for compliance, proactively editing entries and alerting attorneys of non-compliance. Generate, edit, and post client invoices while managing billing inventory for assigned lawyers. Execute tasks including expense reimbursement, calendaring, document management, and travel arrangements based on attorney preferences. Preserve confidentiality of all firm and client protected information. This role requires in-office presence four days per week with one day remote. Candidates must possess professional communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment
- In-office presence four days per week and one day remote

- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Desired Qualifications
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
