Job Summary
Provide legal representation to clients by assessing facts, counseling appropriately, and responding to concerns to increase and retain business. Handle complex matters independently or as a lead attorney with little supervision while developing executive-level client confidence. Represent the firm internally and externally, participating in industry organizations to enhance community visibility. Maintain a positive, respectful working environment and meet a 1600-hour billable requirement. Full-time exempt role with 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5:00pm Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- J.D.
- active California Bar license
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney
- Previous litigation and trial experience
- Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics
- Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters
- Previous experience with real estate law
