Job Summary
Investigate and confirm facts for bodily injury claims involving auto accidents, determining coverage, liability, damages, and negotiating settlements within your authority. Analyze subrogation and fraud potential, identify vehicle body parts, and partner with specialized representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for complex cases. Apply intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry relationships while maintaining strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Work 8am–5pm Pacific time zone hours in California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, or remote locations, utilizing global case management skills to resolve claims efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims
- Candidates must be able to work 8am--5pm Pacific time zone hours
- Litigation experience
- active insurance license
- terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
- not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment
- formally surrender that license when instructed
- acknowledge and accept these licensing requirements and agree to comply
- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Strong analytical skills
