Job Summary
Investigate and confirm facts for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, damages, and negotiating claims within your authority. Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims, including identifying body parts and potential property damage, while recognizing subrogation or fraud potential. Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims where applicable, applying advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships. Manage complex claims for Georgia, utilizing discretion and independence to meet customer needs through appropriate service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Attorney represented
- Advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department
- Experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.)
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience determining coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusting and negotiating claims within limit of authority
- Experience with claims involving injuries
- Experience reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating basic to moderate injury claims
