Job Summary
Execute full-cycle lateral associate recruiting by sourcing candidates, tracking applications, scheduling interviews, and managing offer administration and onboarding logistics. Coordinate with legal search firms, practice group leaders, and attorneys to implement hiring strategies, review materials for completeness, and maintain accurate applicant tracking systems. Prepare interview materials, collect feedback, and facilitate smooth transitions in collaboration with Human Resources and office administration. Manage recruiting data, reports, and documentation to support team operations while assisting with process improvements and assigned initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting, human resources, or professional services administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with attorneys, lateral candidates, senior leadership, vendors, and colleagues
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality

- Eligible for overtime compensation
- Regular office hours are 8:30 - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
