Job Summary
Manage a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters, including transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development projects, title review, and land use issues. Draft documents, negotiate terms, and analyze complex real estate business matters while building strong client relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and municipalities. Collaborate closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, including business, tax, and estate planning, to handle sophisticated matters independently within a team environment. Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, title review, and related matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan
- A demonstrated commitment to client service, responsiveness, and professional excellence
