Job Summary
Experienced Personal Injury Associate licensed in Missouri and Illinois. Handles a high-volume caseload of motor vehicle and premises liability cases from intake through trial, including pre-litigation tasks (client interviews, liability and damages investigation, medical record review, insurer negotiations), and litigation in Missouri and Illinois state courts and federal court when applicable. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for mediation/arbitration/trial, serving as first- or second-chair at jury trials as experience permits, and maintaining proactive client and insurer communication while contributing to case valuation and strategy. Office-based role with opportunities for increased trial responsibility and long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active licensure in Missouri and Illinois.
- Minimum 5 years substantive personal injury experience.
