Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements and related customer contracts supporting indirect and channel-led sales. Provide practical legal guidance on contract terms, risk, and compliance. Manage the contract lifecycle, including amendments and renewals, ensuring documentation accuracy per company policies. Support partner-led sales transactions by aligning legal structures with commercial objectives and collaborating with business teams. Conduct legal research on laws and regulations impacting technology services and partner arrangements. Contribute to developing new contract structures and partnership models to support evolving business needs and partner experience.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Preferred: Experience with technology services, channel partnerships, or indirect sales models
