Job Summary
Maryland-barred associate attorney with six to eight years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and mortgage banking; responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, attending hearings and status conferences, interacting with clients, opposing counsel and team members, and providing creative solutions to mitigate client risk. Remote/hybrid opportunities may be offered after training. Location: Laurel, MD. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- member in good standing
- Maryland bar
