Job Summary
Civil Litigation Attorney for Irvine office. Manage a dynamic caseload in construction defect and business matters; draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda; conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations; collaborate with seasoned litigators to shape case strategy; contribute to a collegial, excellence-driven culture. In-office role with hybrid flexibility after ramp-up period. 1,800 annual billable hours with autonomy and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
- Experience in California civil litigation
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Background in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred
- Trial experience a plus
- Dual licensure in Nevada or Texas is an added advantage
