Job Summary
Attorney in the litigation department based in Overland Park, KS, handling matters related to automobile replevins, seizures, forfeitures, impounds, and associated litigation, with involvement in creditors’ bankruptcy work. Must be licensed in Kansas and Missouri (or willing to secure such licenses). Requires excellent oral and written communication, strong research skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage a high volume of work and respond to tight deadlines.
