Job Summary
California-based litigation attorney with a focus on landlord-tenant and real estate matters to join a growing practice. Handles unlawful detainer matters from intake through trial, drafts pleadings, motions, discovery and other filings, conducts hearings and trial preparation, and manages landlord-tenant and property-related disputes. Provides litigation strategy guidance and direct client communication, collaborates with leadership, and independently manages a caseload. Involvement in broader real estate and land-use litigation; requires California Bar admission in good standing. Hybrid, remote, or onsite flexibility offered based on candidate preference.
Required Qualifications
- California Bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of landlord-tenant or eviction litigation experience
- Courtroom and litigation experience preferred
- Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
