Job Summary
Manage auto liability and personal injury defense cases from intake through trial, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, mediations, and hearings. Develop litigation strategy, conduct trials, and mentor junior attorneys within a fully remote, collaborative team. Work independently with firm leadership on high-volume caseloads using a modern technology-driven platform. Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $220,000 with monthly production bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Requires an active California Bar license and California residency.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- California residency
- Extensive experience in auto defense, personal injury defense, or civil litigation
- Demonstrated trial experience
- Strong legal writing skills
