Attorney- Insurance Defense (Latent Asbestos)

Manage a caseload involving toxic tort and asbestos claims within the insurance defense framework by conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions while analyzing complex medical and technical records. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients and collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense. This role requires a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the Louisiana State Bar, and five or more years of litigation experience, with toxic tort or asbestos background preferred.
