Job Summary
Lead attorney handling a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters, with hybrid in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Manage cases, advise clients, review accident details and medical records, develop case strategies, negotiate with insurance carriers on bodily injury, UM/UIM, and property damage claims, and collaborate with paralegals and the attorney manager to move cases forward efficiently. Requires strong client advocacy, clear professional communication, accountability, and the ability to work independently while partnering with a legal team. Experience with case management systems and a passion for thoughtful strategy and client care are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and barred as an attorney in the state of Arizona
- 2-3+ years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury matters as an attorney is a plus
