Job Summary
Attorney to join Hasbro Games Global Games Legal Team. Responsibilities include acting as the go-to legal advisor for Hasbro Games, drafting and negotiating IP licenses, game concept submissions, talent/consulting deals, tech/AI agreements, marketing and promotions contracts, NDAs, and guiding product development and campaigns across TV, print, digital, and social. You’ll navigate AI/tools and data-enabled products, translate complex issues into practical guidance for business teams, support licensing deals for digital experiences, mobile games, live events, and collaborations, and partner with senior leaders to manage risk and keep ideas moving. Requires J.D., active bar membership, 4-8 years of experience, and strong drafting/negotiation skills in IP, commercial, and technology agreements; familiarity with AI-enabled tools and data/privacy law; patent licensing is a plus; salary range listed from $137,200 to $205,900 with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- active bar membership in good standing
- 4 - 8 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house
- experience with IP, licensing, advertising, promotions, privacy, regulatory compliance, AI, and emerging tech
- solid grounding in copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity
