Job Summary
Associate Attorney in Insurance Defense and General Liability practice. Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in-office for the first 3 months, then remote; handles litigation tasks including discovery, motion practice, and legal drafting, participates in depositions and case development, assists in trial preparation and settlement negotiations, and conducts research to support case strategy. Compensation includes base salary $110,000–$175,000, monthly bonus at $60 per hour over 160 net billables, and additional bonuses; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), holidays, paid time off, and support programs. 160 net billable hours per month; two interview rounds (Zoom and in-person).
Required Qualifications
- 1–10 years of litigation experience
- Experience with research, drafting, and discovery
- Deposition and trial experience preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
