Draft and review legal documents for second-level review of the Supervising Attorney. Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics. Attend mediations, court appearances, and sheriff's sales, assisting in preparation in advance of appearances. Collaborate with members of the state team and actively participate in weekly state meetings. Engage with the Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting. This attorney will handle foreclosures including complex foreclosure litigation cases and provide other foreclosure attorneys with guidance when necessary.
