Job Summary
Real estate closing attorney to oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions in Mauldin, SC, including residential and commercial sales and refinances. Responsibilities include title review, coordinating with lenders, brokers, buyers and sellers, drafting/reviewing loan documents (contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase/sale agreements), delivering professional client service, reviewing disbursement ledgers and signing checks, developing business relationships for the firm, and conducting training in relevant areas of real estate law. Must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar and have residential real estate experience; strong communication skills and a self-starter, growth-minded approach are required.
Required Qualifications
