Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, refinances, title reviews, and the drafting or review of loan documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements. Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate deals while reviewing disbursement ledgers and signing checks. Deliver a professional experience to clients by addressing their questions and concerns, and conduct training sessions on relevant real estate law. Cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm while maintaining membership in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar.
Required Qualifications
- Member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing)
