Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, refinances, and title reviews. Draft and review loan documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements while working with lenders, brokers, and agents to facilitate deals. Deliver a professional experience to clients by addressing their questions and concerns, and manage disbursement ledgers and check signings. Cultivate business relationships and conduct training for potential clients on relevant real estate law topics. This role is available to a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar with a focus on residential real estate, offering growth opportunities within a well-established Charleston team.
Required Qualifications
