Job Summary
Prepare and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other loan documents for acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. Leverage 2-6 years of banking experience in acquisition and other leveraged finance transactions, including preparation and negotiation of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements and other loan documents. Large firm experience is preferred. New York Bar is required. Strong academics from a tier 1/2 school are essential.
Required Qualifications
