Attorney (Family)

Family Law Attorney needed to join Stein Sperling's busy Family Law Group in the Washington Metropolitan area. Responsibilities include drafting motions, pleadings, discovery requests, financial statements, legal research, reviewing discovery, negotiating with opposing counsel, and representing clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions throughout Maryland and DC. Must handle cases, prepare for trial, maintain client relationships, communicate with witnesses, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to work with a diverse client base, travel within the DMV area up to 50%, and provide professional, compassionate service. Admission to Maryland bar required; DC bar a plus. Minimum 3 years of family law litigation experience preferred; strong writing, organizational, and communication skills essential. Local travel within the DMV area up to 50%.
