Job Summary
Family Law Attorney needed in Newport Beach with flexible remote schedule and court-appearance obligations. Responsibilities include litigating family law matters from start to finish, independently managing a family law caseload, handling petitions for dissolution, disclosures, discovery, settlement, evidentiary hearings, and trials, drafting pleadings and motions, and maintaining professional client communication while collaborating with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Requires 5+ years of dedicated family law experience, active CA Bar membership, excellent writing and client-service skills, and willingness to attend court regularly. Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $300,000+ DOE with discretionary bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and work-from-home flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated family law experience
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated courtroom experience
- CFLS designation, eligibility, or interest is preferred
