Job Summary
Senior Family Law Litigation Attorney leading a dedicated pod-style team to manage a full family law caseload from inception through resolution, lead counsel in trials and hearings, handle mediations and settlement conferences, and develop strategies for complex financial and custody disputes. The role requires supervising and mentoring associates, paralegals, and support staff; reviewing filings and discovery; advising clients on strategy and risks; maintaining court appearances and a demanding litigation schedule; hybrid in-office presence in Orange County with regular court appearances (Orange & Santa Ana) and approximately 1,750 billable hours annually. Requires an Active California Bar license, 5+ years of family law litigation experience (8+ preferred), proven trial experience, and experience with complex financial issues such as business valuation and forensic accounting. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
