Job Summary
Family Law Associate Attorney role handling a full caseload from intake to resolution in an in-office Southern California firm. Responsibilities include consultations with prospective clients, drafting pleadings, managing discovery and negotiations, and representing clients in court across matters such as divorce, custody, adoption, spousal support, and domestic violence. Requires experience in family law or civil litigation, plus strong advocacy skills and ability to handle ~40 active matters, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. start and an in-office work environment. Salary range $100,000–$150,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of Family Law or Civil Litigation experience (1+ year considered)
- Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Commitment to managing a full caseload
