Job Summary

In-house legal counsel for the Enterprise Sales organization responsible for end-to-end negotiation and execution of enterprise agreements (MSAs, SOWs, and other terms), advising on contract terms, risk, and deal strategy to accelerate deal velocity and enable revenue growth. Partner with cross-functional teams (compliance, regulatory, IP, product, international) to structure complex transactions, develop scalable templates and playbooks, and translate legal considerations into practical guidance that supports go-to-market objectives. Requires J.D. and active U.S. licensure, with experience in managing high volumes of matters and delivering clear commercial/legal insights.

Required Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Law firm and/or in-house experience
  • Strong drafting and communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, practical legal guidance to business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of matters and competing priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Sound business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder partnership skills
