Job Summary
Employment Litigation Associate Attorney in Southern California with a hybrid Irvine-based schedule. Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution; draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials; take and defend depositions; appear in court and argue motions; support mediation/arbitration and settlement efforts; assist with trial preparation and second-chair responsibilities. Requires active California Bar membership and at least 1 year of civil litigation experience; strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; ability to work independently within a collaborative environment. Employment law experience preferred. Salary range $130,000–$180,000+ with benefits and mentorship opportunities.
