Job Summary
Employment Litigation Associate focusing on ~80% plaintiff-side employment litigation and ~20% general business litigation. Responsibilities include drafting settlement and demand letters, preparing complaints and motions, conducting and defending depositions, responding to discovery requests, assisting with trial preparation, and attending trials with a supervising attorney. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Skills and experience in FEHA, wrongful termination, PAGA, wage and hour, whistleblower claims, and strong communication abilities are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with FEHA, wrongful termination, PAGA, wage and hour claims, whistleblower claims, or similar employment disputes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
