Handles stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, LLC agreements, stockholders’ agreements, and corporate governance documents. Responsible for running meaningful pieces of a deal, maintaining regular client contact and coordinating with opposing counsel, in a hybrid role with up to 3 remote days per week. Base salary $240,000-$290,000; 1,800-hour annual billable requirement; $2,500 annual BD budget; comprehensive benefits package including parking, 401(k), and health coverage.
