New York-based Corporate M&A Associate (remote) at a West Coast boutique law firm. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition documents, employment agreements, NDAs, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, and corporate governance documents; coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to move transactions and meet deadlines; expected to handle mid-market M&A and corporate governance matters with a 1,800-hour billable target. Requires 6+ years of M&A experience, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and New York bar admission.
