Job Summary
Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts while advising clients on construction litigation strategy, risk management, and insurance coverage issues. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity, collaborating with partners to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service. Respond to catastrophic events by meeting with clients and developing litigation defenses. Requires a J.D. degree, New York Bar admission, and 2+ years of litigation experience. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admission to the New York Bar
- 2+ years of litigation experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
