Job Summary
Draft dispositive and nondispositive motions, manage discovery, and take or defend depositions within a trial-oriented environment. Participate in trial preparation and work directly with clients on litigation strategy for general liability, professional liability, business disputes, and probate matters including will contests and fiduciary claims. This position is primarily in-office to support collaboration, mentorship, and integration with the litigation team, with hybrid flexibility potentially available over time.
