Job Summary
Litigation Attorney with 5–10 years of experience in personal injury or complex litigation, primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements in Virginia. Manages cases independently including high-value matters; demonstrates strong written and oral advocacy; excels in negotiation and settlement; collaborates with a team; trial experience preferred. Licensure in VA, NC, SC, TN, or WV required. Practice focuses include personal injury, mass torts, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and products liability. Work location primarily remote with potential on-site in Portsmouth, VA; versatile arrangement subject to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or West Virginia
- 5–10 years of litigation experience
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work remotely with on-site as needed
