Job Summary
Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters by developing and executing litigation strategy, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials. Take and defend depositions, coordinate expert witnesses, and participate in trial preparation and mediations while attending court appearances and communicating directly with clients. Supervise junior attorneys when appropriate. This role offers a lockstep salary structure ranging from $210,000 to $360,000 with merit bonus eligibility and relocation assistance. The position requires 4–7 years of private practice civil litigation experience, Colorado Bar admission, and a Top 40–50 law school background. Hybrid work includes three office days weekly, with new attorneys encouraged to work four to five days during onboarding.
