Job Summary
Manage a wide variety of commercial litigation matters for businesses ranging from closely held companies to larger organizations. Handle cases involving contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and other complex commercial issues. Receive meaningful responsibility early in your career, including direct involvement in case strategy, client interaction, and litigation proceedings. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents. Collaborate with experienced attorneys who value mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial, business, or complex civil litigation
- Experience managing or assisting with litigation matters from discovery through resolution
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
